30 DAYS RETURN GUARANTEE
Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have defective or damaged items, have received the wrong size, or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or submit the contact form. We will respond within 24 hours; we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
1. DELUXE SETUP SERVICE RESPONSIBILITY
If our company is responsible for the problem, we will return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know via email within 24 hours if the refund was approved or not. If approved, Refunds will be made in the original method of payment. Currently, refunds take up to 7-14 business days to process.
2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
If the customer has ordered the wrong size or the wrong product, we can also return it. In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs in both directions (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. The customer can also ask for a refund; in this case, the amount will be based on the customer's invoice amount minus shipping charges.
Once the refund is approved, refunds will be made in the original method of payment. Currently, refunds take up to 5-10 business days to process.
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; after 24 hours, items will be shipped, and cancelation requests will not be accepted.
