Our dedicated quality control and quality assurance teams inspect your items before shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you must check your size carefully and precisely before purchasing. Please note the size charts on the product page. If you are not satisfied with the items you received ,  we can easily arrange an exchange or refund for you. We are here to help! Please contact our support team ,  if you have problems with your order!

30 DAYS RETURN GUARANTEE

Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have a defective or damaged items ,  have received the wrong size or the wrong product ,  please contact us immediately at support@deluxesetup.com .

Contact our support team and describe the problem in detail ,  including the reason for the return ,  along with your order number and SKU product number. For defective ,  incorrect, or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem. Our solutions:

1.DELUXE SETUP® SERVICE RESPONSIBILITY:

* If our company is responsible for the problem ,  we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.

* Once we receive the items ,  we will refund the original product price all the way back and pay the return fee ( shipping costs not charged to us ) . This solution is only available , if Deluxe Setup is responsible for shipping the wrong item / wrong size.  

2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

* Wrong order ( item size ) 

* If the customer has ordered a wrong size or the wrong product ,  we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs in both directions ( to and from our warehouse ) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund , we partially refund the original product price. All shipping costs are non-refundable.   

* · Unwanted item  

* If the customer decides ,  that he no longer wants or article just wants to convert ,  he can report this to us within 30 days of receipt of the product for a partial refund of the product cost.

Satisfaction Guarantee * Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not satisfied with your order ,  please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to  request a return. Our customer service team will provide you with our return address. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are happy to announce now , 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE GUARANTEE

All returns must first be approved by our customer service. If this has been approved , you  will receive our return address. Only under this condition will your returned items not be accepted.

All returned items must be in brand new condition ,  unused / unworn ,  unwashed ,  with all of their original tags and packaging .

If the customer requested a refund ,  we will refund the original product cost after receiving the returned item. Any shipping charges for returning the item and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

REMUNERATION PERIOD

Usually it takes some time ,  until we receive your return ( days vary depending on shipping ), and time , until we edit after receipt of your return ( 3 to 5 working days ) .    

Paypal account refund: Usually instant.

Credit card refund: Between 5-10 working days.

NOTE: If no obvious quality problem exists in our products ,  the customer must return the goods. After confirmation of the return by our customer service, you will receive a refund. ( Refunds do not include postage and taxes )
